Our Story
Born from a deep love for India's sacred geography
Our Beginning
At twenty two, I was a non-believer — skeptical of spirituality, disconnected from tradition, and fully absorbed in the world of ambition. I studied and built a career in Canada, completed my MBA, and climbed the corporate ladder the way everyone told me I should.
But something was missing. A quiet restlessness that no promotion or city could fill. And then, unexpectedly, the mountains answered. What began as a search for peace became a fifteen-year pursuit across the Himalayan ranges of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh — trekking, motorcycling, camping, seeking. I walked through valleys, stood beside sacred rivers, crossed ancient passes in every season and every light. Without realising it, I had been walking the Sanatan path all along.
I always wanted to break free from corporate life and the city — and now, after years of chasing peace in the mountains, I am ready to step into a new journey. Sanatan Trails is that journey. Born from a deep desire to help others find what the mountains gave me — stillness, meaning, and the real soul of India.
Our Purpose
"For us, this is not just a business. This is a way to show the real India and the spiritual world to those who are ready to find it."
Every trail follows a real story — mythological, historical or spiritual. Nothing is fabricated for tourism.
We go beyond sightseeing into the living mythology, ecology and culture of each sacred landscape.
We tread lightly. We support local communities and practice low-impact travel in every terrain.
We believe travel, at its deepest, is an act of inner change. Every trail is designed to move you.
The People
Two brothers, two journeys — one shared vision of what travel can truly be.
Founder · Spiritual Seeker · Trail Veteran
A non-believer who found faith in the mountains. After an MBA and years in corporate Canada, he walked away from city life to pursue what truly mattered — peace. Fifteen years of trekking, motorcycling and seeking across the Himalayas led to the birth of Sanatan Trails. His mission: to help others find what the mountains gave him.
Co-Founder · IT Engineer · Cultural Explorer
With 7 years in data centres and cloud computing, he understands how technology connects systems — but discovered that travel connects something far deeper: people, cultures and stories. Sanatan Trails is his initiative to build a community of explorers who value heritage, authenticity and real human connection. For him, travel is not a product — it is a movement.
